  Sarada Vilas College Celebrates Remarkable Placement Success in 2023-24 Academic Year. A Placement Drive was organized on 27th and 28th of March 2024 where four organizations: Dvara, English Partner, Grassroots, and Alpha Costumer Care took part. More than 120 students from final years of B.Sc., B.Com and B.Sc. (Hons') DS and AI had attended the placement drive. Few students from outside the college had also participated in the drive.  The placement drive was launched on 27-03-2024 by Sri. N. Chandrashekar, Hon. Secretary, SVEI. Zayel Talks - Can we talk on Mental Health?

  On 24th May, 2023, the Career Guidance and Placement cell of Sarada Vilas College organized a special discussion session on Mental Health in association with the Zayel Organization powered by orbfocus healthcare. The objective of the event was to spread awareness among students regarding the importance of healthcare and to create a platform to speak up openly regarding the same. Nearly 100 B.Sc. students made use of the session.  Dr. Neha Dechamma, Clinical Psychologist at Prerana Hospital, Mysuru was the resource person. Dr. Neha initially spoke about the importance of mental health, signs and symptoms of mental health disturbance and the measures that could be taken to keep mental health in a balanced state. Launch of Batch 2 of CPBFI and 90 hours course

The Certificate Course in Banking, Finance and Insurance (CPBFI) by Bajaj Finserv for the Batch 2 was launched on  13/07/2023 on Microsoft Teams. As a part of formality, after welcoming all the guests, Yathirajsharma M. V., introduced the key persons present in the launch. This was followed by the official launch of Batch II by playing a video of introduction to CPBFI. Ms. Archana then discussed with the students about CPBFI, its importance and the roles of students. Dr. Devika and Dr. Sathyanarayana also addressed the students on this occasion. Student Coordinators were also chosen. Vinu Christo and Bhavana were chosen as student coordinators.
